These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website falcondesign.ae and any linked landing or enquiry pages (together, the "Site"), operated by Falcon Design LLC ("Falcon Design", "we", "us" or "our"), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By browsing the Site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Falcon Design

Falcon Design is a Dubai-based architectural design, luxury interior design, 3D visualisation, architectural walkthrough, virtual reality and design consultancy studio. Our registered office is at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Al Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Nadd Al Shiba First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for the purpose of showcasing our work and enabling prospective clients to learn about our services and submit project enquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, renders, photographs, project imagery, videos and page layouts — is the property of Falcon Design or is used under licence, and is protected by UAE and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Project imagery may depict work produced for our clients and remains subject to any confidentiality or usage restrictions agreed with those clients. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Enquiries, Quotations & Proposals

Submitting a form on the Site — including through our advertising landing pages — is an expression of interest only. It does not create a binding contract between you and Falcon Design, place any order, or reserve any service. Any project pricing, timelines, or scope discussed following an enquiry are indicative until set out in a signed proposal, quotation, or service agreement. Where a formal agreement is entered into, the terms of that agreement will govern the engagement and will take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

5. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to ensure content on the Site — including project descriptions, images, and service information — is accurate and up to date. However, renders and photographs are illustrative of our capabilities and past work, and actual project outcomes depend on the specific brief, site conditions, budget, and materials agreed with each client. We do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors or omissions and reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without notice.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may use third-party tools to display enquiry forms, measure advertising performance, or embed maps and social media content, and may link to third-party websites such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website or service. Your use of any third-party website or service is subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Advertising

Some pages on this Site are designed to be accessed via online advertising, including Google Ads. Advertisements are intended to give a general impression of our services and are not a binding offer. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Falcon Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, including loss of data, business, or anticipated savings.
