Falcon Design LLC ("Falcon Design", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through falcondesign.ae and our advertising landing pages (together, the "Site"), why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and other applicable UAE law.

1. Who We Are

Falcon Design LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. Our registered office is at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Al Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Nadd Al Shiba First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details, when you submit an enquiry, contact, or landing-page form, or contact us by phone or email.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and device information, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies when you browse the Site.
  • Advertising identifiers: where you arrive at the Site via a Google Ads or other online advertisement, information about the ad clicked and campaign, used for measuring advertising performance.

3. Cookies, Google Analytics & Google Ads

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used, including:

  • Essential cookies required for the Site and its enquiry forms to function.
  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, pages visited and time on site) using cookies and similar technologies.
  • Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing, which helps us measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have previously visited the Site, using Google's advertising cookies.

4. Enquiry & Landing Page Forms

Enquiry forms on the Site, including our Google Ads landing pages, are delivered through a third-party marketing and customer relationship management platform. Details you submit through these forms are transmitted securely to that platform and to Falcon Design so that our team can respond to your enquiry.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal data described above to:

  • respond to your enquiry and prepare project proposals;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including Google Ads campaigns;
  • send you marketing communications about our services, where you have consented to receive them or as otherwise permitted by law, and always with the ability to opt out; and
  • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis that it is necessary to respond to your enquiry and take steps towards a potential agreement with you, that we have your consent (for example, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), or that we have a legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business in a way that does not override your rights.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • service providers who support our website, forms, hosting, analytics, and advertising (including Google and our marketing/CRM platform provider), acting on our instructions;
  • professional advisers, where necessary for legal, accounting, or insurance purposes; and
  • authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Google, may process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, consistent with the PDPL.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data collected through enquiry forms for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of our engagement and any period required afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. Analytics and advertising data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the relevant Google product.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. 12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking architectural and design services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
